About Sal: Mr. Caiozzo is a candidate for Rhode Island State Senate, District 31. He is a lifelong advocate for consumer freedom, veterans’ issues, economic opportunity, and ending the root causes of poverty. For consumer freedom, Mr. Caiozzo has been a vocal advocate against the state and national anti- vap ing policies , often advocating at the Rhode Island State House on k ey votes. Disabled veteran himself , Mr. Caiozzo has advocated on a state and national level for better veterans’ benefits, healthcare, improving the VA, and ensuring our fallen heroes are properly remembered. To improve economic opportunity, Mr. Caiozzo has voiced opposition to state funding private businesses and other job-killing policies. To end the root-causes of poverty, M r. Caiozzo has fought against RIPTA fare hikes that would have put a burden on the elderly and disabled, as well as policies that don’t put Rhod e Island’s working class first. Mr. Caiozzo was a 2018 candidate for United States Congress (RI CD-2) , founder of PoisonedVeterans.org (which addresses service members’ health issues ), and continues to be an advocate for those issues to this day. A Warwick resident and small-business owner, Mr. Caiozzo is working to make Rhode Island a great state to live and work where those in government put people first.
